Description
plugins.cfg file was handwritten and then copied in the system as-is, including the "PluginFolder" value, which is target/system dependent.
Fix this using either a file configured by cmake, or linking to the plugins libraries direclty (no need of the plugins.cfg anymore).

The option 1 is implemented. I failed at implementing solution 2, but I think it should be better (hence the bug stays open)
