deprecated get_state_all_center_tracker(request) function in nephelae_gui/config/deprecated/getters_views.py is requested through the url aircrafts/get_state_all_center_tracker/ in debug.js

iIvestigate the use of nephelae_gui/config/aircraft/getters.py -> state_tracker(request) and state_all_trackers(request) functions instead.

Alternatively, should this panel be removed from the gui and transfer UAV cloud tracking state to the main map view?
