several fixes and improvements:
- general solution to codels names clashing with fiacre keywords
- a boolean "thread-safe" function exported to typeutil.tcl with a faster execution (returns false as soon as a conflict is encountered)
- fine dealing with thread-safe codels including thread-safe interruption routines...

automatization of the big-lock release included. the template is now fully compatible with the latest version of GenoM.
tagging asynchronous codels is no longer needed, the template defines them automatically.
static analysis of same-component different-task codels that ensures releasing the big lock when possible....
